12月2日，世界城地组织“一带一路”地方合作委员会2025年开放日活动于杭州举办，旅游与城乡规划学院国际学生印度尼西亚籍RaynerDillon Wibisono（黄家辉）、俄罗斯籍BezginaArina（白钰）受邀参与，与各界嘉宾共话“一带一路”倡议下城市联动与发展活力。

作为国际学生代表，RaynerDillon Wibisono（黄家辉）、BezginaArina（白钰）全程参与交流座谈，并参访二十三坊、钱塘江金融港湾服务中心。在二十三坊，他们身临其境地体验了杭州深厚的南宋文化底蕴与市井烟火气；在钱塘江金融港湾服务中心，直观领略了杭州上城区金融业的发展成果与创新活力。交流中，他们表示，此次活动深刻感受到“一带一路”倡议为各国地方合作与青年交流带来的机遇，也加深了对杭州和中国的认知，期待未来更多的机会参与中外交流合作。

本次活动由杭州市人民政府外事办公室、杭州市人民对外友好协会、世界城地组织亚太区秘书处指导，世界城地组织“一带一路”地方合作委员会主办，上城区人民政府协办。原杭州市副市长、BRLC副主席缪承潮，世界城地组织亚太区秘书长Dr.Bernadialrawati Tiandradewi，杭州市上城区委书记章燕，意大利中国友好关系协会主席、BRLC联合主席MS.MariaMoreni等中外嘉宾分别致辞。

This year＇sOpen Day resonated with me on a personal level. The agenda came aliveduring the powerful talk by Dr. Bernadia IrawatiTjandradewi，Secretary－Generalof UCLG ASPAC. Hearing her Indonesian viewpoint on local governanceand global cooperation framed the entire event as a bridge betweenour cultures。
That spirit ofpartnership was evident throughout the day. The energy in theroadshow hall，whereHangzhou’s tech innovators met international guests，buzzedwith possibility. It highlighted the real connection betweenIndonesia and Hangzhou，apartnership moving from high－leveltalks to practical work in technology，education，and sustainable urban development. The most meaningfulmoments， however，werethe informal ones：sharingstories over lunch，discussingpotential projects during the CityWalk，andfeeling a genuine sense of common purpose.

It was a refreshinglyactionable experience！ Themorning sessions included guest speeches，keynotesharing，government－school－enterprisedialogue，introductionsto talent policies for foreigners in Hangzhou，enterprisepresentations， employmentmatching， andmore. These sessions offered clear，practicalinsights into Hangzhou＇slatest talent policies， andthe matchmaking session gave me direct access to recruiters fromcompanies that are actively hiring internationally. I left withvaluable new contacts and a much clearer sense of the professionalpathways available in the city for someone at my career stage！
