关于给予国际生ZIOUANI **通报批评的决定

我校国际教育学院汉语进修生ZIOUANI **，于2026年3月28日在宁波市寻衅滋事、参与聚众斗殴，行为性质恶劣。经宁波市公安局江厦派出所依法调解处置，因其违法行为致他人人身轻伤，本人承担大额经济赔偿责任，同时已触犯治安管理相关规定，严重违反校纪校规，造成不良社会影响。

根据《浙江工商大学学生违纪处分规定》相关规定，为严肃校纪、强化警示教育，经学院研究决定，给予该生通报批评。

全体学生须引以为戒，严格遵守中华人民共和国宪法、法律及法规，认真遵守各项治安管理规定及学校相关规定，切实履行安全责任。各学院应进一步加强安全教育，杜绝此类事件再次发生。

Decision on Issuing a Notice of Criticism to International Student ZIOUANI **

ZIOUANI **, a Chinese language program student enrolled in the Spring Semester of 2026 at theCollege of International Education of Zhejiang Gongshang University, committed acts of picking quarrels and provoking trouble, as well as participating in an affray, on March 28, 2026 in Ningbo City. The nature of his conduct is egregious.

The case was lawfully mediated and handled by the Jiangxia Police Station of the Ningbo Public Security Bureau. Due to his illegal acts causing minor bodily injury to another person, the student has borne a substantial amount of economic compensation. Meanwhile, his conduct has violated relevant provisions of public security administration and seriously breached university rules and regulations, resulting in adverse social impact.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of Regulations on Disciplinary Measures for International Students of Zhejiang Gongshang University, and for the purpose of upholding discipline and strengthening education by warning, upon decision of the College, the student is hereby given a circular criticism.

All students shall take this as a stern warning, strictly abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, conscientiously comply with all public security administration rules and relevant university provisions, and earnestly fulfill safety responsibilities. Each college shall further strengthen safety education to prevent any recurrence of such incidents.
