1、培养目标｜Training Objectives

管理科学与工程专业（跨境电商方向）硕士研究生培养目标为，培养适合国际经济和市场发展要求的计算机、统计和大数据分析方面的高级复合型人才，以胜任计算机、大数据分析部门、全球国际化企业及有关单位的计算机、统计和大数据分析的主管工作，或在高等院校和科研机构的教学科研岗位进行开创性工作。基本要求包括：

1. 具备深厚的理论基础、系统的专业知识、合理的知识结构、以及从事创造性科学研究工作的能力；

2. 具备卓越的业务能力，能够熟练运用计算机、统计、大数据及相关领域的专业知识解决实际问题。

The goal of master's training in management science and engineering (International E-Business direction) is to cultivate senior compound talents in computer, statistics and big data analysis that meet the requirements of international economic and market development, so as to be competent to work in the computer, big data analysis department, global international enterprises and related institutes, or conduct pioneering work in teaching and research positions in universities and scientific research institutions. The basic requirements include:

1. Possess a deep theoretical foundation, systematic professional knowledge, a reasonable knowledge structure, and the ability to engage in creative scientific research;

2. Possess excellent business abilitiesand be able to use professional knowledge in computer, statistics, big data and related fields to solve practical problems.

2、学分要求｜Credit Requirements

硕士生应完成总学分不少于32个课程学分。

Master students should complete no less than 32 course credits in total.

4、导师介绍｜Supervisors Introduction

学院师资力量雄厚，共有70余名教职工，其中教授15人，专任教师中80%具有硕士学位。师资中有来自世界名校剑桥等的国家千人1人，国家新世纪人才1人，国务院特殊津贴1人，国家自然基金重点项目获得者1人，商务部咨询专家委员1人，教育部电商教指委委员1人，教育部物流教指委委员1人，省突出贡献中青年专家1人，省杰出青年基金获得者1人，省151一层次、二层次、三层次人才14人，省中青年学科带头人3人，省百名电子商务名师首批名师3人。

The school has over 70 teachers (including fifteen professors) and over 80% teachers have obtained PhD degree. For all teachers, many have been awarded National Thousand Talents, National New Century Talents and New Century 151 Talents in Zhejiang Province. Moreover, three teachers were awarded Provincial Young Leaders, and other three were awarded E-commerce Star Teachers in Zhejiang Province, respectively.

        伍蓓，女，浙江杭州人，1973年2月生，浙江大学管理科学与工程博士，浙江工商大学教授，清华大学经管学院、加拿大滑铁卢大学访问学者，浙江省“151”人才。

        主要研究领域：研发和创新管理、用户体验、互动、物流与供应链管理。近年来，先后主持和参与国家自然科学基金“基于众包的群体智慧涌现及创新效应研究(71472169)”、“企业创新生态系统的异质性主体交互、演进及管理决策（71672178）”、“企业研发外包的模式选择与运作机制研究（70972137）”、“开放式自主创新的机理与资源配置模式研究（70672048）”，主持国家软科学出版项目“研发外包的模式、机理及动态演化研究（2009GXS2K027-6）”、浙江省哲社“制造型企业R&D外包的机理和供应商成长路径（07JDSM03Z）”、浙江省软科学研究计划重点项目“浙江省众创空间的生态构建、提升路径及对策研究（2017C25009）”、浙江省教育厅“基于协同理论的供应链协同管理模型研究（20061115）”、浙江省社科联“浙江省创新城市指标体系建设（06M12）” 等科研项目。在《科学学研究》、《科研管理》、《研究与发展管理》等刊物、ICMIT，IEMC等国际会议上发表论文二十余篇，专著1 本，软件著作权2项。近年来，荣获全国教育科学研究第四届优秀成果奖三等奖、浙江省教学成果一等奖、浙江省社科联社科研究优秀成果三等奖等奖项。

        Wu Bei, female, from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, born in February 1973, PhD in Management Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, professor at Zhejiang Gongshang University, visiting scholar at the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, University of Waterloo, Canada, Zhejiang "151" talent.

        Main research areas: R&D and innovation management, user experience, interaction, logistics and supply chain management. In recent years, he has hosted and participated in the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Crowdsourcing-Based Research on the Emergence and Innovation Effects of Group Wisdom (71472169)", "Interaction, Evolution and Management Decisions of Heterogeneous Subjects of Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem (71672178)" Research on the Mode Selection and Operation Mechanism of Enterprise R&D Outsourcing (70972137), "Research on the Mechanism and Resource Allocation Model of Open Independent Innovation (70672048)", presided over the National Soft Science Publishing Project "Research on the Mode, Mechanism and Dynamic Evolution of R&D Outsourcing ( 2009GXS2K027-6)", Zhejiang Philosophy Society "R&D outsourcing mechanism and supplier growth path of manufacturing enterprises (07JDSM03Z)", Zhejiang Soft Science Research Program Key Project "Ecological Construction, Promotion Path and Countermeasures of Zhejiang Makerspace Research (2017C25009)”, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education “Research on Collaborative Management Model of Supply Chain Based on Synergy Theory (20061115)”, and “Zhejiang Innovative City Index System Construction (06M12)” of Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Social Sciences. He has published more than 20 papers, 1 monograph, and 2 software copyrights in journals such as "Science Research", "Scientific Research Management", "Research and Development Management", ICMIT, IEMC and other international conferences. In recent years, he has won the third prize of the Fourth National Educational Science Research Outstanding Achievement Award, the first prize of Zhejiang Teaching Achievement Award, and the third prize of Zhejiang Social Science Association Social Science Research Outstanding Achievement Award.

        瞿焱，女，上海人，1969年11月生，分别在浙江大学和诺丁汉大学获工程硕士、博士学位，副教授，浙江工商大学工程管理系主任，技术与服务创新研究中心研究员，浙江省重大工程项目评标专家，国家注册造价工程师，工程注册监理工程师，国家注册高级咨询师，国家注册QMS、EMS、OHSMS建筑类审核员。

        主要研究领域：工业化建筑发展理论与实践、建筑节能、PPP项目管理、BIM理论与实践等。主持承担的代表性课题有：建设部重大软科学项目“建筑业发展及推广节能科技的政策支撑体系研究”， 浙江省哲学社会科学重点研究基地课题“整合动力、路径及政策研究：浙江工业化住宅产业链实证”， 浙江省哲学社会规划课题“京杭大运河综合保护工程与浙江省公共文化遗产保护与发展的经验研究”等。在《管理现代化》杂志上发表“大型项目投资决策的熵优化模型”等论文。研究成果先后获中国商业联合会科学技术奖三等奖等。

        Qu Yan, female, from Shanghai, born in November 1969, received a master's degree and a doctorate degree in engineering from Zhejiang University and the University of Nottingham, associate professor, director of the Engineering Management Department of Zhejiang Gongshang University, researcher of the Technology and Service Innovation Research Center, and a major engineering project in Zhejiang Province Bid evaluation expert, national registered cost engineer, registered engineering supervision engineer, national registered senior consultant, national registered QMS, EMS, OHSMS construction auditor.

        The main research areas are: industrialized building development theory and practice, building energy efficiency, PPP project management, BIM theory and practice, etc. Representative projects undertaken by the presiding officer include: the major soft science project of the Ministry of Construction "Research on the policy support system for the development and promotion of energy-saving technology in the construction industry", and the project of the Zhejiang Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Key Research Base "Integrated Power, Path and Policy Research: Zhejiang Industrialized Housing Industry Chain Demonstration", Zhejiang Province Philosophy and Social Planning Project "The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Comprehensive Protection Project and Zhejiang Provincial Public Cultural Heritage Protection and Development Experience Research", etc. Published papers such as "Entropy Optimization Model for Investment Decisions in Large Projects" in the "Management Modernization" magazine The research results have successively won the third prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Chamber of Commerce.

        朱安定，男，浙江海宁人，1974年8月生，副研究员、硕士生导师，浙江大学获工学硕士学位。香港理工大学博士在读。

        研究方向为：“互联网+”与消费者行为。主持的代表性课题有：国家自然科学基金面上项目“互联网平台企业风险涌现形成机制、协同演化及防范管理研究”（71971198），教育部人文社科一般项目“外包环境下基于复杂网络的服务供应链协调优化研究”（13YJA630149）等省部级项目六项。在《Physica A》、《Journal of Consumer Behaviour》等期刊上发表SCI/SSCI论文七篇。研究成果先后获浙江省科技进步奖等奖励。欢迎计算机、统计学、心理学等跨专业同学。

        Zhu Anding, male, from Haining, Zhejiang, born in August 1974, associate researcher and master's supervisor, obtained a master's degree in engineering from Zhejiang University. PhD candidate in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

        The research direction is: "Internet +" and consumer behavior. Representative topics hosted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China: "Research on the Formation Mechanism, Co-evolution and Prevention Management of Internet Platform Enterprise Risks" (71971198), the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences General Project "Services Based on Complex Networks in Outsourcing Environment There are six provincial and ministerial projects including "Research on Supply Chain Coordination and Optimization" (13YJA630149). Published seven SCI/SSCI papers in journals such as "Physica A" and "Journal of Consumer Behaviour". The research results have won awards such as Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award. Interdisciplinary students in computer, statistics, psychology, etc. are welcome.

        周广澜，男，浙江杭州人，浙江工商大学副教授，硕士生导师，管理学博士，统计学博士后。教育部省属高校人文社会科学重点研究基地(现代商贸研究中心)兼职研究员，浙江省电子商务与现代物流国际合作基地办公室主任，浙江省教育厅产学研联盟金华中心专家组成员，浙江省侨联“归国志愿服务团”专家组成员，浙江省技术经纪人，浙江省创业导师，杭州市科协科普培训师。曾在中央国家机关与地方政府任职，担任浙江某民企高管。

主持国家人社部中国博士后基金1项，教育部人文社科项目1项，浙江省教育厅1项，浙江省博士后基金1项，浙江省社科联课题1项，浙江省重点实验室开放课题1项；作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金项目3项，教育部人文社科项目2项，浙江省自然科学基金2项，浙江省民政厅课题1项。在国内外高质量学术刊物(会议)上发表相关论文，近20篇论文被SCI/SSCI/EI/CSSCI收录,担任多个期刊会议的审稿专家，出版专著2本，申请专利5项，获得商务部商务发展研究成果奖1项，浙江省自然科学基金委奖励1项，杭州市科协优秀论文三等奖。指导学生获得浙江省电子商务竞赛，浙江省“互联网+”创新创业大赛，浙江省服务外包大赛等多项荣誉。在（跨境）电子商务，供应链管理，技术创新的理论和应用研究方面具有较为扎实的基础，同时还积累了较为丰富的科研团队管理经验。

        Zhou Guanglan, male, native of Hangzhou, Zhejiang, associate professor of Zhejiang Gongshang University, master supervisor, doctor of management, postdoctoral in statistics. Part-time researcher of the Humanities and Social Sciences Key Research Base of Provincial Universities under the Ministry of Education (Modern Business Research Center), Director of the Office of Zhejiang E-commerce and Modern Logistics International Cooperation Base, Member of the Expert Group of the Jinhua Center of the Zhejiang Provincial Education Department, Zhejiang Overseas Chinese Federation" Member of the expert group of “Returning Volunteer Service Group”, Zhejiang Province technical broker, Zhejiang Province entrepreneurial instructor, Hangzhou Science and Technology Association trainer. Served in central state agencies and local governments as an executive of a private enterprise in Zhejiang.

        Presided over 1 China Postdoctoral Fund of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Sciences, 1 Humanities and Social Science Project of the Ministry of Education, 1 Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, 1 Zhejiang Postdoctoral Fund, 1 Zhejiang Social Science Federation Project, Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory Open Project 1; As a main member, he participated in 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 2 Humanities and Social Sciences Projects of the Ministry of Education, 2 Natural Science Foundations of Zhejiang Province, and 1 Project of the Civil Affairs Department of Zhejiang Province. Published relevant papers in high-quality academic journals (conferences) at home and abroad, nearly 20 papers were included in SCI/SSCI/EI/CSSCI, served as reviewer for multiple journal meetings, published 2 monographs, applied for 5 patents, and obtained 1 item of the Ministry of Commerce Business Development Research Achievement Award, 1 item awarded by the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, and the third prize of the Hangzhou Association for Science and Technology Excellent Paper. Instruct students to win many honors such as Zhejiang e-commerce competition, Zhejiang "Internet +" innovation and entrepreneurship competition, and Zhejiang service outsourcing competition. He has a solid foundation in (cross-border) e-commerce, supply chain management, technical innovation theory and applied research, and has accumulated rich experience in scientific research team management.

        魏建良，男，浙江萧山人，1980年5月生，在南京大学获管理学博士学位，浙江工商大学副教授，杭州电子商务研究院副院长、杭州市电子商务专家咨询委员会委员。2007-2008年间为美国路易斯安娜州立大学访问学者，2013年入选浙江省“151”第三层次人才。

        主要研究领域：社交网络信息传播、个性化信息推荐、互联网用户行为等。主持承担的代表性课题有：国家社会科学基金项目“基于语义的社会化标注个性化推荐服务研究”，教育部人文社科基金项目“基于社会化标注的个性化信息服务研究”、“基于信息级联的网络舆论演化及传播效果评价”等，浙江省软科学重点项目“浙江省众创空间绩效评价与资源配置研究”等。在《Cluster Computing》、《Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology》、《情报学报》、《外国经济与管理》国内外期刊上发表论文30余篇。

        Wei Jianliang, male, from Xiaoshan, Zhejiang, born in May 1980, received a doctorate in management from Nanjing University, associate professor at Zhejiang Gongshang University, deputy dean of Hangzhou E-commerce Research Institute, member of Hangzhou E-commerce Expert Advisory Committee. From 2007 to 2008, he was a visiting scholar at Louisiana State University in the United States. In 2013, he was selected as the third-level talent of Zhejiang Province "151".

        The main research areas are: social network information dissemination, personalized information recommendation, Internet user behavior, etc. Representative projects undertaken by the presiding officer include: National Social Science Foundation Project "Research on Semantic-based Social Labeling Personalized Recommendation Service", Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Fund Project "Research on Personalized Information Service Based on Social Labeling", "Information-based "The evolution of cascading network public opinion and the evaluation of its dissemination effect", etc., the Zhejiang Province soft science key project "Zhejiang Makerspace Performance Evaluation and Resource Allocation Research", etc. He has published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign journals such as "Cluster Computing", "Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology", "Journal of Information", and "Foreign Economics and Management".
