To cultivate the international first-class  PEAK  international business management talents for digital economy, that is the compound talents with Practice, Envision, Analysis and Keenness.        

First Class Disciplines:

SBA has business administration doctoral program and postdoctoral station, ranking 26th in China (in 2020);


First Class Teachers:

SBA has 28 teachers, including 10 professors and 10 associate professors, all of whom have doctoral degrees and overseas study experience;

School Overview 

本学科1990年获企业管理学硕士点,2003年获企业管理学博士点,2009年获批工商管理博士后流动站,2011年获一级学科博士点;2017年成为浙江省唯一重点建设的工商管理优势特色学科,并成为中国人民大学商学院战略共建学科;工商管理、市场营销、人力资源管理专业入选国家一流专业建设计划。

The Business School of Zhejiang Gongshang University launched Master’s programs in Management in 1990, Doctorate programs in Management in 2003, postdoctoral research station on Business Administration in 2009, and Doctoral programs in Business Administration in 2011. It became a leading school with key programs in Business Administration in Zhejiang Province, and partnered with the Business School of Renmin University of China in 2017. The School had three majors selected as the National First-class Programs Development Plan in 2019, namely Business Administration and Marketing,HRM.

      近5年获国家重大、重点项目8项,国家级科研项目56项,省部级项目130余项;发表UTD24、FT50、ABS四星、《管理世界》论文数十篇,CSSCI论文300余篇。获得国家教学成果二等奖、浙江省教学成果一等奖等荣誉8项。

      立足商科优势,贡献民营经济,发挥智库功能。近5年获得李克强、汪洋等国家及省部级领导肯定性批示100余份;强化产研融合,参与制定10余个国家及省级行业标准,持续引领行业发展;凝练管理智慧,累计开发26篇全国百优案例,位列全国高校第九、财经类高校首位,举办“中国企业管理案例与质性研究论坛”等重要会议20余场;主办CSSCI来源期刊《商业经济与管理》,服务高水平管理研究发表。

      旨在培养“具备全球视野、传承浙商精神、富有创新能力、勇担社会责任的卓越商科人才”。先后培养出孙冶方奖获得者王俊豪教授,长江学者特聘教授陆正飞、陈信元、陈冬华等知名学者,以及阿里巴巴资深副总裁彭蕾、淘宝网创始总裁孙彤宇等商界精英。学科生源充足,研究生报录比 6.28:1,本硕博平均就业率达96.69%。连续8年获评“ACCA中国卓越教育机构”。

      贯彻落实习近平总书记对浙江工商大学“在全国有位置、在全省很重要”的重要指示精神,认真推进与中国人民大学商学院的战略合作,努力建成一流学科。2020年工商管理学科在软科最好学科排名第26位,连续3年稳居前10%

      聘任国际工业与组织心理学会(SIOP)主席为海外院长,浙江大学文科资深教授王重鸣为名誉院长,中国人民大学商学院院长毛基业为学科发展顾问。聘请杨海滨、李维安、王永贵、高闯、华中生、刘军、施俊琦等国内外知名学者担任兼职教授或研究生导师,共同推动学科发展。在JOM、JAP、I & M等国际知名期刊发表一系列高水平学术成果。与佛罗里达大学、多伦多大学等数十所世界知名大学建立合作交流关系。

The School aims to fulfill the goals such as taking root in Zhejiang’s business practice, helping the private economy, contributing to management wisdom, and cultivating business elites. It has formed five academic, namely Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Strategy and Corporate Governance, Marketing, Information System, Accounting, and Tourism Management. In the past five years, the School has undertaken eight national-level key projects, 56 national scientific-research projects, and more than 130 provincial and ministerial projects, with total funding of 30 million RMB. Its faculty members have published dozens of papers in UTD24 Journals, FT50 Journal as well as 300 papers listed in the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI). The School has made great teaching achievements eight times, such as 2nd place in the National Teaching Competition and 1st place in the Teaching Achievement Competition in Zhejiang Province.


The School has contributed significantly to the private economy by providing students with a strong foundation in business. Its participation in thinktanks has gained national attention, attracting more than 100 positive comments in the past five years from PM Keqiang Li (Premier of State Council of the PRC), and other national and provincial leaders. To strengthen the integration of industry and research, the School has participated in the formulation of more than 10 national and provincial industry standards, and has directly served more than 100 enterprises through management consulting.


The School has developed 26 cases list in China Management Case-Sharing Center (CMCC), ranking 9th in universities nationwide. It has hosted more than 20 major academic conferences, including the “Forum On Case-Based And Qualitative Research In Business Administration In China.” To promote the publication of high-level research on management, the School has also sponsored a CSSCI source journal, Journal of Business Economics (Chinese).


The president of International Society for industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) is appointed as SBA Overseas Dean; Wang Chongming, senior professor of liberal arts of Zhejiang University, as SBA Honorary Dean, and Mao Jiye, Dean of Business School of Renmin University of China, as Discipline Development Consultant. Yang Haibin, Li Wei'an, Wang Yonggui, Gao Chuang, huazhongsheng, Liu Jun, Shi Junqi and other well-known scholars are employed as part-time professors or graduate tutors to jointly promote the development of the discipline. Published a series of high-level academic achievements in JOM, Jap, I & M and other international well-known journals. We have established cooperation and exchange relations with dozens of world-famous universities such as the University of Florida and the University of Toronto.

Postgraduate Program Description


(一)培养目标  Doctoral Program Objectives

      依据教育部《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》,围绕学校“创新强校,特色名校,融合发展,力争一流”发展战略,基于“专业成才、精神成人”的人才培养理念和“大商科”人才培养的总体目标,适应我国“一带一路”倡议和以A(AI人工智能)、B(Big Data大数据)、C(Cloud云计算)为主要特征的国际商务活动变化,本专业旨在培养面向数字经济的国际一流“PEAK”型国际商务管理人才,即具有良好商务实战素养(Practice)、广阔全球战略视野(Envision)、卓越商务分析能力(Analysis)、敏锐洞察商业机会(Keenness)的数字型、实战型、复合型人才。

      工商管理硕士研究生专业是专为具有本科及本科以上学历的外国留学生设立的,该项目侧重于高级工商管理应用人才和专业研究人员的培养,旨在培养留学生系统地掌握企业管理领域的前沿理论及科学研究能力。通过学习,留学生将实现以下预期培养目标:

MA/MSc in Business Administration is a course designed for those international students who have acquired BA/BSc degrees or above prior to applications. This course seeks to equip international students with systematic knowledge of Chinese business Administration in academia as well as in research; as a result, it is tailored for business Administrators and active researchers. Through this course, students will achieve the following objectives: 


1.培养掌握创业管理方面坚实的基础理论和系统的专业知识,具备敢于创新创业和善于思考的能力,具有较强的创新思维和解决问题的技能,能够把握创业机会的识别和利用,深入了解企业家所面临的融资和营销问题,具有较强的团队合作和资源整合能力,熟悉创业企业的运营和管理,并能从事创业教育活动和创业实践指导。

2. 具有独立从事科研、教学和专项管理工作的能力,能够了解本学科及其研究方向范围内的学术成果和发展趋势,具有较强的写作能力、人际交往能力和国际学术交流能力,具有较强的计算机应用能力,能够熟练掌握外语,顺利阅读本专业的外文资料。

1. Be familiar with the ways in which business administration has evolved overtime; Firmly grasp characters of Chinese business reform and business development.

2. Have the ability to independently engage in scientific research, teaching and special management work, be able to understand the academic achievements and development trends within the scope of this discipline and its research direction, have strong writing ability, interpersonal communication ability and international academic exchange ability, and have strong computer application ability, and be able to master foreign languages and read materials of this major smoothly.

  




(二)主要研究方向   Main Research Fields

1.企业管理理论与方法:本研究方向的主要特色是围绕3个重点领域进行研究:一是以东方管理学为主,把东西方管理思想和理论,以及理论与应用结合起来,进行综合创新研究。二是从定量角度对企业管理的理论与实践进行研究,如企业的不对称信息理论和企业决策理论研究等。三是从浙江工商大学的特点出发,对商业企业管理和公共企业管理的研究,如中外当代企业比较研究等

Theories and Practices of Business Administration. This field of research seeks to combine Western theories and practices with Oriental methods, and at the same time, to provide such a combination with what this university can offer.


2.公司治理与战略管理:本研究方向侧重于在现代企业理论的基础上研究公司治理与战略管理问题。目前主要是在以下领域展开研究:企业的性质和功能;基于委托代理理论的公司治理;基于利益相关者理论的公司治理;基于区域治理的企业战略管理;基于产业组织的企业竞争战略;国有资本经营与国有企业治理;企业经营绩效综合评价

Business and Strategic Management which covers stakeholder theories and application, regional business strategic management, competitive advantages, performance evaluation and etc.  


3.组织与人力资源管理:本研究一方面方向侧重组织公正与伦理判断、行为决策与团队学习、胜任能力与人事选拔等组织行为与人力资源领域研究。另一方面侧重于反映中国企业循着超越自然历史发展的要求,把东西方文化和管理思想、制度与人格、产权与理念结合起来,建立新的企业家角色人格理论和主体性管理学说,突出主体性和战略性人力资源管理及领导

Organization and Human Resource Management. This part of research examines concepts of justice, ethics, decision-making, team work, competence, human research development and so on. On the other hand, it is committed to contextualize these concepts in Chinese business operations.


4.营销与创新管理:本方向研究制造企业的技术营销与管理、服务企业的服务营销与管理、以及促进企业创新及其扩散的地区和产业政策。研究运用管理学、心理学、经济学、社会学理论和方法,侧重实证思路。研究结合浙江实际,从发现和解决企业现实问题出发,通过学术提炼、定性和定量分析,最终上升到政府政策含义。目前研究的主要领域包括:利益相关者视角的企业技术创新管理、零售企业商业模式创新、技术创新扩散与新产品营销、服务企业R&D的组织实施及其政策等

Marketing and Innovation Management contains multiply disciplines such as Psychology, Economics, Sociology and Policy-making.


(三)培养年限  Duration

硕士留学生学制2.5年,最长可延至4.5年。

2.5 to 4.5 years,the length of study for master's degree students in this major is generally two and half years, it can be extended to four and half years.


(四)课程设置   Course Arrangement

必修课程中国概况、汉语、组织行为学、工商管理研究方法、战略管理、财务管理、人力资源管理、市场营销专题、宏观经济学、微观经济学

Compulsory Courses: Outline of China, Chinese, Organizational Behavior, Management Research Methods, Strategic Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Macroeconomics and Microeconomics.  


核心课程中国产业政策与贸易环境、中国文化与商务礼仪、中国公司治理、项目管理、管理统计、跨国公司管理、中国消费者行为、论文写作指导等。

Core Courses:Enterprise Operation Simulation, Research and Design Workshop, Thesis Writing Workshop, Professional Literature Introduction, China's Industrial Policy and Trade Environment, China's Corporate Governance, Project Management, Management Statistics, Multinational Company Management, Chinese Consumer Behavior, etc.


(五)社会实践   Businesses Invetigate

硕士留学生在学期间,要结合专业课程学习和论文撰写进行必要的社会实践,主要针对中国的企业进行实地的考察,撰写相应的考察报告,合格者即完成实践环节,取得1学分。

Students are expected to carry out social practice that is relevant to their subjects of study and thesis writing by investigating some business in China. 1 credit will be awarded upon successfully completion. 



(六)毕业要求  Graduate Requirement

具有商科类学士学位硕士留学生课程修满32学分,并通过学位论文答辩后,由浙江工商大学授予管理学(工商管理专业)的硕士学位。在规定的学习时间内,完成培养计划要求的课程学习、学术期刊论文发表以及学位论文工作。

One and a half years are for course study(Minimum 32 credits), and the last year is for research, practice investigation, writing and defense of dissertations. students should complete the course study, publication of academic journals and dissertations required by the training plan within the prescribed study time. The publishing requirements of academic journals shall be implemented according to relevant regulations.

博士、教授,硕士生导师。现为国际商务管理系主任浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”第三层次培养人员,获得“之江青年社科学者”行动计划资助,研究方向为供应链与运营管理。

Di Xiao, Doctor, Professor, Master Supervisor. Director of the Department of International Business Management, the third level training personnel of the New Century 151 Talent Project in Zhejiang Province, and has been funded by the Zhijiang Young Social Science Scholars action plan, Research Direction is Supply Chain and Operation Management.

谢宏  Xie Hong

博士,MBA和硕士研究生导师,2013年美国伊利诺伊大学访问学者。曾任职于券商、银行和管理咨询机构,在工商管理领域具有理论联系实践的综合背景。 教学领域主要为国际商务的营销和战略理论,面向国际商务专业的国际国内学生开设International Market Analysis、Strategic Branding Management等全英文课程,以及MBA领域的《创业管理》、《商业计划》等课程。

Xie Hong, Ph.D., Master Supervisor,visiting scholar at the University of Illinois in 2013. He has worked in brokerage firms, banks and management consulting institutions, and has a comprehensive background of integrating theory with practice in the field of business administration. The teaching field mainly focuses on the marketing and strategic theory of international business. International Market Analysis, Strategic Branding Management, as well as courses such as Entrepreneurship Management and Business Plan in MBA field.

宋金柱  Song Jinzhu

博士、硕士生导师。博士就读于澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学(Queensland University of Technology),获营销管理博士学位,主要研究领域为消费行为、新产品营销、网络营销等。主讲《市场营销》《消费者行为学》《服务营销》等课程,他现担任国际期刊《Journal of Business Theory and Practice》编委,担任《Journal of Marketing Management》《Australasian Marketing Journal》等期刊评审。

Song Jinzhu, Ph.D., Master Supervisor. He studied at Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and obtained his Ph.D. in marketing management. His main research fields are consumer behavior, new product marketing, network marketing, etc. He lectured on courses such as Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Service Marketing. He is currently the editorial board member of the international journal Journal of Business Theory and Practice, and serves as the judge of journals such as Journal of Marketing Management and Australasian Marketing Journal.

岑杰  Cen Jie

 博士、硕士生导师,工商管理学院共创中心副主任,教师发展分中心主任,实验分中心主任;研究方向为创新与战略管理,近年主要关注新兴产业和新兴企业的创新问题。

Cen Jie, Ph.D. Master Supervisor, deputy director of the co-creation center of the School of Business Administration, director of the teacher development sub-center, and director of the experimental sub-center; The research direction is innovation and strategic management. 博士、硕士导师,清华大学市场营销博士后,加拿大多伦多大学OISE实验室访问学者,市场营销系副主任。研究方向是双边市场,风险决策,互联网金融,消费者行为。

Hou Min, Ph.D., Master Supervisor, postdoctoral fellow in marketing in Tsinghua University, visiting scholar in OISE Laboratory, University of Toronto, Canada, deputy director of marketing department. His research interests are bilateral market, risk decision-making, internet finance and consumer behavior.

After graduation and receiving Bachelor and Master diplomas in Business Administration major, I decided to further my studies by pursuing Doctor Degree. I chose Zhejiang Gongshang University after doing all my research regarding the different options available. And as I experienced, our University is the best when it comes to teaching, researching and the attitude towards their students.

After living in China for six years, I want to say that it is a wonderful experience. Apart from serious studies, university provides opportunity of endless extra-curricular activities, for example excursions, organized trips to other cities, sport competitions, concerts, and celebration of traditional holidays together with Chinese students and professors.

And I have been always fascinated by Chinese culture and philosophy, stanning technological and infrastructure development of China, and amazing landscapes. Except for being a great place to study, China is a wonderful place for sightseeing, there are plenty of historical places, glamorous cities, mountains and views that will take your breath away.
